All This Time

All this time now
Spent together
I can't believe how blind
We were back then.
Now my heart sings
At the slightest brush
Of skin
To skin,
And my heart jumps
When you take my hand.
My heart jumps through my chest
When you kiss me.
Hearing "I love you"
And saying it too
Brings new hope
That I never dreamed of.
The simple way you look at me
Means more than I can say.
I read through "Story"
Once again
And you would not
Believe how badly
